  • Department Manager Mentor Program

    Our Department Manager Mentor Program is designed to further develop our employees who would like to advance into a management position. This program teaches the employee the technical skills required to run a successful department with mentoring from a seasoned manager.
  • General Manager Mentor Program

    Our General Manager Mentor Program is designed to further develop our managers so that as opportunities arise we have a qualified employee who knows the company's values, culture and processes. This program puts the manager in a position to successfully lead a dealership operations team. The program is designed to teach qualified managers the nuts and bolts of dealership operations with mentoring from a current General Manager and Owners.Participants will learn the day to day operations of running a dealership, as well as high level leadership skills.
