I bought my 2011 Nissan Versa from here. My sales associate Lauren Decker was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional! The whole Auto center sales team and mgrs worked hard to find this car for me and get me the best deal! The Honda Sales mgr Kris was very instrumental in getting the car thru all the service checks in a timely fashion so I could get my car as quickly as possible. Justin, in the service department, saved our vacation! We were driving from Oregon to catch the ferry to Victoria and broke down in the mountains. We managed to get to Wilder VW and Justin arranged for us to leave the car with him and catch a ride on their shuttle to the ferry terminal. While we were gone, repairs were made and we were shuttled back once we returned. We got to take our (long awaited) trip, came home safely and on time because of Justin and his team. On top of that, he was incredibly friendly and very easy to work with. We couldn’t be happier!

Fast and professional and the only good car dealership experience I have ever had

I have had my Honda CRV serviced there for over 6 years. The service team is outstanding, and I get coupons in the mail for maintenance that help the budget. My service advisor, Mariah, is especially conscientious and does whatever it takes to get my car back on the road with any needed parts. I appreciate the oil rebate mail-in coupon they hand out after my oil change and the free car wash that often includes vacuuming of the front. They cheerfully install the wiper inserts I buy there and include their recommendations for future service after the oil change. If any of those services are scheduled within 30 days, there is a discount on them. The waiting room is the best of any business I've been in, clearly designed for the comfort of their clients, with clean modern restrooms and tv, plus water dispenser. The service and parts dept are also open on Saturdays. There is also a a free shuttle to bring me home and pick me up for anything that is too long for me to wait for. I'm fortunate to live close to this car service, and will be choosing them for any new car in the future.

I wanna thank Porter Johnson and Steve (Service Manager) as well as the people who fixed and took care of my car for going over and beyond to ensure my car is safe to drive and everything is working properly. This is an amazing office with an even better service department. Thank you again for all that you do and your kindness and extra effort to ensure your customers are safe and taken care of. I live in Port Orchard- so when some problem lights came on I called my local dealership. They said they couldn’t get me in for a month and a half. A friend who lives in PA said I should try Wilder - he always had good luck with them. I called and just so happened that there was a cancellation later that day. 2 hours is a long drive to have a car looked at but I was desperate- graduate road trip planned. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by Tess and other staff. I waited in the lobby which was immaculate and offered hot coffee comfortable chairs and the baseball game on TV. After a pretty short wait Tess came and told me what they had found. She also told me that they had the part (even though my Chrysler is a 2013) and they could fix it immediately and also she had called my warranty company and it was covered! And on top of it all they washed and vacuumed my car. Five star service by far - thank you guys for taking such good care of me. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Although I didn't actually make a purchase here, I think it's worth mentioning that Lynn, Travis, Guy, and Dan Jr were all super helpful! We couldn't make a deal mostly due to my personal preference, but the numbers were more than fair considering they sell at MSRP and most other dealers are charging markups for air. I would highly recommend the Wilder Auto Group and will consider doing business with them in the future!

This was my partner and I’s first time purchasing a new car and we couldn’t have had a better experience. Buying a new vehicle when your current is on the verge of breaking down is stressful to say the least, but Joe and Lauren went above and beyond to take care of us. They were friendly, patient, helpful, and I couldn’t recommend them more. They truly went the extra mile and my partner and I couldn’t be happier.

I inherited my sister's 2017 Nissan Rogue with 5524 miles on the odometer. Still had original oil and was never given the 5000 mile inspection. In addition there were 2 recalls on the vehicle. Justin in the service department was on it. Got me set up and called to tell me the car was ready for pick up. Thank you Justine for the good support. I'm not ready to buy a new Nissan and the inherited Rogue is 1 of 4 vehicles I currently own. In the end I will probably end up selling it.

On trip from Texas after purchasing a 2019 Honda CRV in Texas. While in the Port Angeles area, our dash display gave us warning messages about tire pressure and key fob. Called Wilder Honda and was told to bring car to service area 45 minutes before they closed. We were greeted by young lady at service desk and asked to wait while service tech looked at car. Tech test drove and analyzed our problem, did a system reset, and reviewed what he had done to CRV. He also gave me some helpful hints. Problems were solved and there was no charge for help. Both tech and girl working service desk said they were glad they could help. Sent us on our way with no further problems. When you are 2000 miles from home, it does not get any better than the help we received.

I didn't purchase my car here but thank you for taking care of me service department! I had a warning light on and also a recall that needed to be taken care of. I stopped in on Friday afternoon, on my way to a friends house in Puyallup, and was able to schedule an appointment for Monday on my way home to Forks. Everything was covered under warranty. I also received a complimentary car wash. You're the best! Thank you for your kindness and superior customer service!

Ellen Dearinger sold me my new car. I went into Wilder not really knowing what I wanted, just that I had certain parameters that had to be met. When I described to her my needs, she showed me some of the options that were available and said "I'm going to put you in something I'd feel safe having my own children in". She new all the answers to my questions about reliability, known issues, and the pros and cons of each vehicle I asked about.I absolutely LOVE my new car. I recently purchased a new Toyota 4-Runner TRD PRO from Wilder Toyota in Port Angeles, Washington. This dealership receives my very highest recommendation! I contacted Wilder Toyota, after shopping all over the Pacific Northwest for a good dealership to work with. I think I contacted no less than 8 dealerships before coming across Wilder. My salesman, Grant Williams, is truly a man of integrity. I worked with Grant for the whole purchase process. He was a pleasure to work with, and most importantly, kept his word on the arrangement we had made when I ordered the vehicle. Due to the high demand for this particular model, it took 9 months for the vehicle to arrive. No doubt the dealership could have sold this vehicle the very day it arrived on the lot, but Grant and the Wilder team adhered to the promise made 9 months earlier. This has earned my full trust and confidence, which is NOT easy to do.

Efficient, friendly service. And they honored a coupon which had expired 2 months prior to the service!

I just completed the process of buying a brand new built RAV4 Hybrid at Wilder Toyota this week. The process was incredibly simple while using Lauren Decker as my salesperson. She was incredibly helpful and made the process very easy for me, working through the whole process electronically until the vehicle arrived, as I live out of town. I'm very satisfied with my purchase, and would certainly go through Lauren at Wilder again if I were to buy another Toyota.

After our last (somewhat traumatic) vehicle purchase a few years ago at a different dealership, my partner prepared for this one by doing a lot of research into what specific model and trim level/upgrades he was looking for in a truck, and we both spent quite a bit of time over the last few years breaking down what we could afford and what we were qualified for. We still got jerked around quite a bit by other dealerships that didn’t have the exact truck and trim level we were looking for and didn’t want to potentially lose a sale, that tried to convince us that “you don’t know what you want, you don’t need that upgrade, wouldn’t you like XYZ instead” all while being standoffish, as if someone spending that amount of money wants to be uncomfortable and feel at odds with their salesperson while doing so! We knew going into it what the current climate was like for car purchases, and we are both in commission-based sales and understand the tactics some people need to employ, but it was still frustrating to put in that much work ahead of time in order not to waste a salesperson’s valuable time, for such a large purchase and to still be talked down to! So, with alllllllll that context in mind, when my partner finally found THE truck with THE trim level he was looking for, he frantically called and spoke to Richard and explained that we were prepared to make a purchase that evening, but it was a couple hours and a ferry ride away, and we’d be getting there right before, if not after, closing. Richard DID NOT MISS A BEAT and texted us photos of the truck, held it for us, and sent the financing offers as we drove over (which were easily better than our local credit union). I was honestly dreading getting there and having to do all the paperwork and the whole song and dance that we’d already done several times with other dealers. But no! We got there a few minutes before they would have closed, took a look at the truck, said “Yep, that’s what we want.” and we had signed and paid in less than 15 minutes. Not because they were pushy or trying to go home, but because they understood and respected that we knew what we were looking for. I am sorry that I don’t remember the name of the man who helped us with the financial paperwork, but he was funny, from Texas, and also incredibly genuine and kind despite us holding up his evening before closing. Richard even helped us set up our account on the app and walked us through all the little features we didn’t know about, despite what time it was and that he’d already made the sale and could have packed it up and gone home at that point. I regret that we didn’t work with Richard and Wilder from the beginning, it was SO REFRESHING to work with someone so personable, genuine, and respectful, and that he simply didn’t try to talk us out of something we knew we wanted! We’ll be coming back to Wilder for our next vehicle, and will recommend them and Richard to everyone we can, I still can’t believe it was so easy and that a few weeks later we still feel great about the entire experience with them.
