Highly recommend Wilder Jeep as a people oriented shopping experience, and my salesperson , Phillip, who listened and was patient until I was able to find just the right fit.
My husband Kyle and I got into a pretty bad situation back in July 2019 where I got into a lemon car but couldn't get out of it for anything. Kyle and I had the pleasure to work with Wes Buck who had helped us get into my husband's car about 4 years ago. We absolutely loved the atmosphere of not only working with Wes but everyone else that we encountered. The finance team was increadably wonderful and helped us get into a 2020 Jeep Cherokee. My husband and I thought they were joking when they told us we were approved for it. I can not thank everyone enough who helped us out today. Wonderful atmosphere, wonderful people. Today my wife and I were able to get into a 2020 Jeep Cherokee, never did we ever think we would be able to get into a brand new car. Especially since back in July my wife got stuck into a lemon car and no one was willing to help us get out. We were completely shocked when they said we were approved for this brand new car! We had the pleasure of working with Wes buck one of the best car salesman I know. Not only is he a good person but he is also very respectful to what u want and what your looking for we must have test drove a dozen cars and not once did he get impatient with us. Wes is an all around awsome person and truly cares about his costumers same goes for every person we encountered at wilder. We have never, in many years of buying vehicles, encountered a dealership with so much integrity. Well trained, competent and honest staff. Meticulous attention to detail. Five plus stars.
Your man Mark in parts is the man of the hour. My key for our 2003 Honda just came apart in my husband's hands while turning on the ignition. After calling Wilder and asking about fixing the key, I was told by service that I needed a new key which would cost around $150.00. As we are retired, that is a lot of money and we still had the valet key which worked. After being transfer to parts, Mark the Man, I was told that the computer was down, could he call back. Meanwhile, my husband and I discussed not purchasing a new key with the bells and whistles, but just another valet key. Mark called the following day and told me the cost and then asked, "Could you tell me what happened to your keys." I told him and he asked if I was local, which I was not, but would be going to Sequim that afternoon and could stop by. Mark took our two keys, not only fixed them, but charged us $75.00 for rehousing both keys and did it in less than an hour. We were grateful and delighted with the service provided. Mark the Man saved Wilder Auto Center from losing a sale, but instead built a relationship with us the customers where we will think twice about going to another dealer for a new car. We had a wonderful experience at Wilder. Reagan Mead was our sales lady. And boy did she impress us. She went above and beyond letting us know when new/ used cars cane in that we may be interested in. She continued to follow up and check in, without ever once being over the top or pushy. She listen well to what our needs were and exceeded our expectations. She was extremely helpful during our entire car shopping experience. Would recommend her to anyone shopping at Wilder!
